Gift Card FAQ
Your UATO2 Gift Card is redeemable against any online purchase including tickets and packages. Gift Cards must be kept safely and securely at your own risk and we will take no responsibility for any loss you may incur as a result of the loss or theft of a Gift Card or its unique code.
Purchasing a Gift Card
- You can purchase a gift card by visiting our website
- Enter the monetary value you'd like to add to your gift card. The minimum value is £10. Climb prices start from £37.
- Enter your contact details and hit Pay Now. Purchasing for a friend? Don't worry you'll be able to add a message and delivery details on the final tab
- Enter your payment details & hit Pay
- Once your payment has processed you'll see a form labelled 'Send it to a friend'. Fill in their name and email address plus a personal message to accompany your gift.
Redeeming your Up at The O2 Gift Card
In order to enjoy your UATO2 experience, you need to redeem your Gift Card against a specific climb date and time. We recommend that you book as early as possible to avoid disappointment. Here's how to redeem your code:
- Make a booking by visiting upattheo2.co.uk
- Select your preferred climb type, date and time
- Click through to the checkout and toggle open the 'Enter promo / gift card code' field
- Add your unique Gift Card code
- The money on the card will be deducted from your total order value
- We'll send you a confirmation email to confirm your booking.
It is not currently possible to redeem more than one gift card code per order on the Up at The O2 website. If you wish to use multiple codes on a single visit, please use one code for one ticket and then complete a second transaction for your second code.
Redeeming a Buy A gift/ Virgin Experience Days Gift Voucher
Buy A Gift and Virgin Experience Days gift voucher cannot be redeemed on upattheo2.co.uk. You'll need to book via the relevant third party website. Here's how to redeem your voucher:
- Head to website your voucher originated from:
- When you redeem your voucher on their site, it will lead you through to a booking calendar for you to select your climb date and time.
- If you experience any issues you can reach out to the gifting supplier or contact us at boxoffice@upattheo2.co.uk and we will assist where possible.
Validity
Gift Cards are valid for twelve months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated in the terms of a particular offer (the “Expiry Date”) and are non-refundable. The expiry date refers to both the redemption and the climb date. You must redeem the gift voucher and climb before the expiry date or the voucher will cease to be valid. The expiry date cannot be extended nor the gift card reactivated if it has expired.
Terms & Conditions
UATO2 is offered subject to availability, details of which can be found on UATO2 Website. No booking shall be deemed to have been accepted unless accepted by us in writing (which shall include our confirmation of booking email). Please make sure you have read the UATO2 Terms and Conditions of Booking and Admission (“UATO2 Terms and Conditions”) which can be found on the UATO2 Website before making your booking. By redeeming a Gift Card you are confirming that you have read and accept both these Gift Card Terms and Conditions and the UATO2 Terms and Conditions (together the “Terms and Conditions”) on your behalf and any person on whose behalf you are redeeming a Gift Card or making a booking and agree that you shall ensure that all persons in your booking are aware of and accept the Terms and Conditions. Unless expressly stated otherwise in these Gift Card Terms and Conditions, in the event of a conflict between the UATO2 Terms and Conditions and these Gift Card Terms and Conditions the former shall take precedence. Gift Card cannot be exchanged or refunded for cash. Gift Cards cannot be used in conjunction with any special offer or promotion or promotional code. If we close a Climb other than as a result of your acts or omissions, your climb will be rescheduled. There are no refunds for climbs booked with Gift Vouchers.
Description
